I draw inspiration from the shy, virginal image of a young woman through the image of the Quỳnh flower - a flower that only blooms and releases its fragrance at night. Night is always the most sacred moment for a person when facing their own being, separated from the rushing flow of society; it is the moment when everything seems to be still and silent, except for a few sounds. That is when the Quỳnh flower opens and offers itself to the beholder, to be fully enjoyed in the gaze that is both intoxicating and sweet from the sensual emotions.
The repressions in material reality and the pressure in both the spiritual and mental aspects make the tendency to reveal the deepest desires, wishes, and dreams, and the pristine beauty inside each woman more intense than ever before, by a principle: the more you suppress, the greater the tension. No matter how violent or crude the emotional or physical masses inside them are, from the beginning to the end, they are always in very seductive, magical, noble, and sweet forms.
I want to talk about the secret, even shameful emotions that women dare not speak out. In the spiritual aspect, the image of Ngoc Quynh Hoa originates from the fairy poem of Mother Lieu appearing in the Tay Ho Palace. The spiritual connection in space, time and material form in most religious beliefs, women are always the center of all morality when it comes to origin. Whether they are placed in a high or low position, are spiritual entities or mortal flesh, there is an arrogant truth that cannot be denied, women are still considered the creation of all things. My thoughts on this power of women have really created very strong emotions in me, I feel the need to express it most strongly in every line, even to the point of calling it "writhing". I think that's how women are! The physical beauty or the gracefulness from the inner heart of women needs to be recognized and even clearly acknowledged that it is always a force that shines like the sun, bringing the greatest energy to warm every heart throughout the world.
